Don’t tell me you understand.
Don’t tell me you know how I feel, because you cannot possibly comprehend my heart.
Don’t tell me you love me when all you do is hurt me over and over and over again.
Don’t tell me it will be different someday, that love conquers all.
Don’t tell me you don’t love her and that it’s all just a lie, because you probably say the same things to her.
Don’t tell me I’m the one, because your actions tell me I’m just one of many.
Don’t tell me anything. If there is truth behind your words, show me. I’ve had my fill of empty promises.
